MA.MY YOGA

A unique concept in which a mom treats herself to time for herself through quality yoga, while her child is lovingly cared for by a specialist in psychomotor development.

During the class, the mom relaxes her body and mind, recharges with new energy, and the child meanwhile develops their abilities in a playful and professional way under the guidance of an experienced instructor.

This harmonious space combines care for both physical and mental health – for mom and child. Unique and the first of its kind in Slovakia.

YOGA COURSES

A place where care for a mom’s body and mind connects with gentle, respectful movement – with or without a baby. Classes focus on postpartum recovery, activation of the deep stabilization system, strengthening the pelvic floor, releasing tension in the back, and harmonizing the breath. The goal is to support vitality, inner balance, and prevent overloading of both body and mind during the demanding period of motherhood.

During yoga for moms, children are naturally included in gentle sensory stimulation in a calm and safe environment that supports their perception of their body and surroundings. The calm rhythm of movement, silence, and a focused atmosphere help regulate the nervous system, soothe, and naturally harmonize breathing. The activity is suitable for children from 0 to 2 years and supports their attention, inner calm, and sense of closeness with mom.

Yoga Solo

Time just for you. Classes are intended for moms who want to treat themselves to calm, recovery, and mindful movement without the presence of their child. We focus on releasing tension, strengthening the body, and overall mental well-being.

Yoga Duo

A harmonious combination of care for both mom and child. During the class, the mom practices yoga while the child is in the hands of an expert psychomotor development instructor. This is not babysitting, but a full-fledged developmental session that supports the child’s natural movement, perception, and progress.

Yoga Masterclass

Three thematic blocks that support moms in different areas of their lives:

  • Postpartum recovery
  • Nutrition
  • Yoga and meditation for stress management

Yoga Workshop

REGENERATION

Gentle yoga focused on achieving mental balance and recovery, techniques to reduce stress, techniques to achieve relaxation, practicing conscious breathing, connecting with your body, meditative elements of yoga,... The goal is deep renewal of energy and prevention of the risk of postpartum depression and anxiety.

VITALITY

Yoga focused on activating the inner muscles without excessive pressure, strengthening the pelvic floor and deep stabilization system, activating the "Deep Core", stabilizing the spine and addressing postpartum diastasis (separation of the abdominal muscles), ... The goal is to increase vitality and prevent the risk of weakened pelvic floor muscles, the risk of a tendency to incontinence, or pain.

HARMONY

Yoga focused on harmonizing breath and energy, practicing deep abdominal breathing – a gentle massage of internal organs and at the same time activating the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing high cortisol, conscious connection of the breath  with the pelvic floor, gentle mobilization of the spine to relieve tension in the sacral and thoracic areas, and opening the chest.  The goal is to increase harmony and prevent the risk of tension in the sacral and thoracic areas, releasing "rounded" shoulders and stiffness of the upper body caused by hours spent breastfeeding, carrying, and putting the baby to sleep.
